FAQs
Questions advertisers ask
If yours is not here, ask.
Availability
Is Ravaki live yet?
No. Ravaki is in closed testing with a small group of advertisers. We are not quoting a general availability date, because we would only have to move it.
How do I get into the testing group?
Tell us what you advertise, roughly what you spend, what you use today and what your measurement problem is. We add advertisers as we can support them properly.
How it works
How is pricing structured?
One all-in price, quoted before you commit, exclusive of GST. That is what you are charged. There is no separate schedule of deductions to reconcile afterwards.
Can I audit the supply path?
No, and that is a deliberate trade-off rather than an omission. Because you are quoted a single price, there are not separate legs to audit. If itemised intermediary fees are a requirement for you, Ravaki is not the right tool.
What formats can I run?
Live overlay and interactive overlay during live content. The set is deliberately small and grows slowly. We do not offer retargeting or content-blocking interstitials.
How is delivery verified?
We report delivered and verified impressions separately, and assess campaigns on verified delivery. Where a figure is modelled we label it as modelled.
Measurement
How is Ravaki different from other platforms?
Three things: one stated price rather than a reconstructable one, reporting that leads with return rather than delivery, and no viewer data collection anywhere in the chain.
Should I trust your attribution numbers?
Treat them as one input, not the answer — including ours. Any platform that both sells you media and grades it has a conflict. Incrementality testing is slower and considerably closer to true.
Privacy
Does running a campaign make me a controller of viewer data?
No, because no viewer data is collected. There is no ad call from a viewer's device, so there is nothing to hold, transfer or produce on request.
Can I do audience retargeting?
No. Retargeting requires viewer-level identifiers, which we do not collect. This is structural rather than a feature we have not built yet.
