Editorial Standards & Guidelines
Ravaki™ is a product of Blowtrumpet Technologies. These guidelines apply to everything published on this site, and sit under Blowtrumpet’s Editorial Guidelines, which govern everything we publish anywhere.
1 · Consent, and why advertisers hear from us before anyone else does
No advertiser, agency, brand or partner is named in anything we publish without that organisation’s written consent. Not in a case study, not in a logo wall, not in a list of who we work with, not in a conference slide, and not in an answer to a journalist.
Consent is specific to the piece and the medium, is not a condition of any commercial term, and may be withdrawn at any time without explanation. Where it is withdrawn, we remove or anonymise the material.
Your campaign data is yours. Spend, performance, pricing, targeting and creative are never published, quoted or shown to anybody else — including in anonymised or aggregated form where you could be identified from it. No client’s data, raw or derived, informs anything we publish about another client.
2 · Privacy-first disclosure
Everything we publish states the claim exactly: no viewer personal data — not minimised, not anonymised, not collected. No ad call, so no tag, pixel, SDK, cookie, device identifier or viewer-side request anywhere in the path. Targeting is contextual by counterparty.
We say in the same breath that we are a data fiduciary for the people we do business with, including your billing and operational contacts. We will not let the narrow claim drift into a broader one.
Screenshots, demonstrations and documentation use synthetic data only. No real campaign, no real contact, no real creator.
3 · Approval and access
Anyone featured sees the full piece before publication, with time to respond and a named person to respond to. Nothing naming a client is published until they have confirmed in writing that they are content with it. Factual corrections are made on request; where we cannot agree on emphasis, we do not publish.
4 · Removal, updating and end of life
We will remove or update published content when consent is withdrawn, when a commercial relationship ends and you ask us to, when a product or feature reaches end of life, when a policy or product design decision changes what we claimed, or when we find an error.
Material changes carry a dated note. Corrections are marked rather than made silently. Pages about retired features are marked historical rather than quietly deleted. Claims about how the platform works are reviewed on a regular cycle and whenever an architectural decision changes.
Requests: editorial@blowtrumpet.com — answered within five working days, acted on promptly where the request comes from the party concerned.
5 · Reuse and republishing
Quote extracts with attribution and a link. Cite and link our research freely, including in commercial work, keeping caveats intact. Ask us before republishing a full piece, translating it, or putting it behind a paywall — we usually agree. Do not alter material so its meaning changes, present it as your own, or use it to imply we endorse you.
Journalistic reporting, academic citation and fair dealing under the Copyright Act, 1957 are unaffected.
6 · Copyright
We publish only what we own or are licensed to use. If you believe we have used your work without permission, write to legal@blowtrumpet.com and we will investigate promptly and remove it while we do.
7 · Trade marks and logo use
Ravaki™ and Blowtrumpet™ are trade marks of Blowtrumpet Technologies.
Permitted without permission. Truthful, factual reference to Ravaki using the word mark — reporting, research, comparison, compatibility or integration statements — limited to what is needed to identify what you mean, without our logo, and without suggesting endorsement. Agencies may state factually that they run campaigns on Ravaki.

8 · Disclosure
Paid content is labelled as paid, following the Advertising Standards Council of India framework. Commercial interest is declared. We publish no performance or market figure we cannot source. Illustrative examples say so at the top. AI-assisted content is disclosed where a tool did substantive work.
