These guidelines apply to the Ravaki advertiser community and the Ravaki affiliate community — our forums, briefings, beta groups, events and any channel where members of those communities meet each other and our team. They sit alongside Blowtrumpet’s Community Guidelines, which apply across every property.

Who this community is for

Advertisers and agencies using or evaluating Ravaki — brand marketers, performance teams, media planners, agency staff and in-house operators.

Affiliate partners who introduce advertisers to Ravaki — consultants, resellers, technology partners and industry professionals.

What we encourage

Share what worked and what did not, including the campaigns that failed. Ask operational questions in the open; someone else has the same one. Challenge our product decisions — we would rather hear it here than read it elsewhere. Help newer advertisers find their footing. Treat other members’ commercial information as theirs.

Commercial conduct

Confidentiality of other members. Campaign performance, pricing and strategy shared in this community stay in it. Do not screenshot, forward or repurpose another member’s commercial information.

No poaching under cover of community. Do not use the community as a prospecting list for unrelated services. Affiliates may identify themselves as affiliates and may not pitch in threads where someone has asked for help.

Honest representation by affiliates. If you earn affiliate commission on a referral, disclose it when recommending Ravaki. Do not describe yourself as part of Blowtrumpet, speak in our name, quote prices we have not published, or make commitments about features, timelines or results on our behalf.

No manipulation. Do not attempt to manipulate campaign delivery, engagement, measurement or reporting, or to coordinate with others to do so. This is a platform-level breach, not a community one.

No competitor intelligence gathering. Membership is not a research channel for a competing platform.

What is not allowed

Harassment, personal attacks, hate speech or discriminatory remarks. Spam, scams, phishing or unsolicited solicitation. Impersonation or misrepresenting who you work for. Sharing another member’s private or commercial information without consent. Advertising content that is unlawful, deceptive, or targets people in ways our Terms prohibit.

Moderation and enforcement

AI-assisted moderation flags harmful content for human review. Depending on severity, breaches result in a warning, temporary suspension, removal from the community, termination of an affiliate agreement, or escalation to the authorities. Appeals are reviewed by a human panel and the outcome is documented and shared with you.
