Rev. 1

Ravaki is a product of Blowtrumpet Technologies, which is the data fiduciary for all personal data described here.

Our position, stated precisely

Blowtrumpet processes no viewer personal data. Not minimised, not anonymised — not collected. Because advertising creative is composited locally before broadcast, there is no ad call, and therefore no tag, pixel, SDK, cookie, device identifier or viewer-side request of any kind. Targeting is contextual by counterparty: whose audience, never which individuals. A viewer is never a data subject of Blowtrumpet.

We state that claim exactly, and we do not overstate it. We do hold personal data about the people we do business with — including you, if you use Ravaki.

1. What we collect

Account and contact data — name, business email, phone number, company name, role, and the credentials you use to sign in.

Billing data — billing address, GSTIN, PAN where required for tax, invoice history and payment references. Card and bank details are handled by our payment service providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Campaign data — campaign configuration, creative, targeting parameters, spend, delivery and performance records.

Technical and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs and timestamps.

Communications — enquiries, support requests, demo requests and correspondence with us.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the platform; to deliver, verify and report on your campaigns; to invoice you and meet our tax obligations; to provide support; to detect and prevent fraud and misuse; to improve the product; and, with your consent, to send you relevant updates. We do not use your campaign data to inform another advertiser’s pricing, targeting or strategy.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers acting under written contract and under our instruction — hosting, payment services, analytics, communications — and with legal or regulatory authorities where the law requires. Service providers may not use Blowtrumpet data for their own purposes.

4. Client separation

No client’s data — raw or derived — is exposed to any other client. This is an architectural property of the platform, not an access-control policy that someone could reconfigure.

5. Storage, security and retention

Data is held on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls on a need-to-know basis. We keep personal data only as long as necessary for operational, contractual and legal purposes — including statutory retention of tax and accounting records.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable law, you may access, correct or update your data; request erasure; ask for a summary of the processing we carry out; nominate another person to exercise your rights; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; and complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Where GDPR or CCPA applies to you, the corresponding rights apply.

Write to privacy@blowtrumpet.com.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and platform function; analytics cookies to understand usage; and marketing cookies only with your consent. Manage your preferences in the cookie banner or your browser.

8. Children

Ravaki is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we find that we have, we delete it.

9. Changes

We will post revisions here with a new effective date, and notify registered users directly of significant changes.
