26 Weeks. 4 Sprints. Real Work. Real Growth.
At Blowtrumpet, we believe early careers should be built through ownership, execution, and exposure to real systems — not observation from the sidelines.
The Fellowship Program is a structured 6-month experience designed for ambitious students, recent graduates, and emerging professionals who want to accelerate their learning through immersive, production-grade work.
Built around a sprint-based learning model, the program combines structured mentorship, collaborative execution, performance reviews, and real-world delivery cycles.
This is not a traditional internship. It is a high-intensity fellowship designed to help you grow through contribution.
Gain confidence. Act with confidence. Strive for excellence.
The Sprint Fellowship: 26 Weeks, 4 Sprints
The fellowship is divided into four equal-duration sprints, each designed to progressively transition fellows from guided learning to independent ownership. Every sprint focuses on applied execution, cross-functional collaboration, structured mentorship, continuous evaluation, portfolio-driven outcomes, and professional readiness.
You will work on live systems and real campaigns, contribute to production-ready deliverables, participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives, present outcomes to internal stakeholders, and build domain expertise across the creator economy and advertising ecosystem.
Program Structure
Sprint One — Foundation & Immersion (Weeks 1–6)
Focuses on discipline, systems thinking, communication, and foundational product understanding.
Phase 1: Orientation & Integration (Weeks 1–2) — Team discipline, communication standards, product understanding, workflow familiarity, and execution readiness. Fellows are introduced to creator economy fundamentals, ethical advertising systems, SaaS workflows, internal collaboration frameworks, and real-world advertiser and creator challenges.
Phase 2: Guided Execution (Weeks 3–6) — Fellows contribute directly to product documentation, UI/UX improvements, campaign support, front-end and back-end systems, brand storytelling, and internal operational workflows.
Outcomes: Sprint One Certification, portfolio-ready project exposure, and eligibility review for Sprint Two progression.
Sprint Two — Delivery & Ownership (Weeks 7–12)
Transitions fellows from guided contribution to accountable execution. Fellows deliver production-grade outcomes, collaborate across teams, participate in sprint planning and reviews, and handle ownership-driven responsibilities across platform components, campaign workflows, creator-focused systems, marketing frameworks, and analytics pipelines.
Focus: accountability, speed with precision, structured problem-solving, systems thinking, cross-functional execution.
Outcomes: Sprint Two Certification, Letter of Recommendation for exceptional performers, and eligibility for Placement Acceleration Pathways.
Sprint Three — Specialization & Advanced Execution (Weeks 13–18)
Designed for fellows demonstrating strong potential who want deeper specialization, additional mentorship, or continued execution exposure — with closer collaboration with founders, engineering leads, design leadership, and strategy teams.
Focus: leadership readiness, long-form execution, technical depth, systems architecture exposure, product and growth experimentation.
Sprint Four — Acceleration & Professional Readiness (Weeks 19–24)
Prepares fellows for long-term industry readiness through strategic thinking, independent delivery, process ownership, communication maturity, and high-impact execution. Fellows may lead internal initiatives, product modules, research documentation, growth experiments, design systems, or community operations.
Final evaluation includes project presentation, execution review, peer and mentor assessment, portfolio evaluation, and career readiness assessment.
Outcomes: Fellowship Completion Certification, advanced recommendation opportunities, and long-term placement consideration based on performance and role availability.
